For over 20 years we have been in the Plumbing and Heating Industry, and although we love our work and meeting new people, we found something was missing.
After a lot of studying of ourselves and the people in the community, we came to the realization that we were only taking and not giving.
We had always been told that charity starts in the home, but this is not necessarily true. Many people are in need of our help.
It was this realization that made us decide that we should give 1% of all our profits to a non-profit charity in the community.

In one scene, Michael Cain is laid face down on the bank floor and he tries to hand his wallet to the bank robber but the robber says, "Not you sir, a community looks after its elders!”
This scene inspired us to want to adopt the same attitude with HELP! Plumbing & Heating Sevices.
We want to provide a great service for everyone, but also provide the same great service at an even better price to those in the community over the age of 55.
Thats why we offer 20% discounts on all our standard services to those over 55 and give 5% CASH BACK to students that recommends us to their landlords.

First and foremost, we don't spend large amounts of money on advertising. Instead, we focus our efforts on the power of social media, like Facebook and Instagram, and word of mouth, to keep our running costs down and business thriving. This way we are able to pass the savings on to our clients.

Welcome to Help! Home Services. We are the Field Family; Matthew and Maria and our girls Georgia, Gracie & Freya. We moved from Yorkshire in the UK in 2012 after wanting to emigrate for many years. It was a huge decision to close down our successful plumbing and heating company that we started when we were 21, after Matt served his apprenticeship with his Father from the age of 16.
As well as having a huge passion for helping people, as a family, we love to enjoy the great outdoors; hiking, skiing, and Matthew plays Soccer and coaches his daughter's West Kelowna Team.
